Corporate Communications Director
Job Description: • Develop and implement a strategic communications plan with clear objectives aligned to Cyara’s business goals and key performance indicators for external and internal communications. • Establish standardized communication protocols across departments, ensuring consistency in messaging, style, and cadence. • Manage public relations agency to draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials, ensuring they adhere to pre-established protocols and deliverables. • Manage and grow Cyara’s social media presence by setting measurable goals for reach, engagement, and follower growth on relevant platforms. • Identify and pursue opportunities for industry awards and recognition, with specific targets for earned media and coverage in key publications. • Oversee and execute internal communications, with an emphasis on defining communication processes for executive messaging, company updates, and team alignment. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers, setting specific objectives for engagement and impact. • Manage and strengthen analyst relations by developing a strategy to engage key industry analysts, ensuring consistent and impactful communication that positions Cyara as a market leader. • Monitor and evaluate media coverage, conducting monthly performance reviews of all communication campaigns against defined KPIs. • Lead the creation and distribution of Customer and Company newsletters, ensuring content aligns with measurable engagement targets. • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure communication strategies are not only aligned, but also driving marketing objectives with measurable results. Requirements: • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, including external and internal communications, with a focus on driving strategic, measurable outcomes. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop materials that align with established communication protocols. • A proven track record in securing media coverage and industry awards with quantifiable success metrics. • Strong project management skills with the ability to set clear deliverables and meet review timelines. • Experience in establishing and managing communication frameworks and reviewing progress regularly to improve strategy. • The ability to work cross-functionally, ensuring communication strategies are aligned with company-wide goals and continuously optimized. • A proactive, creative approach to problem-solving with strong emphasis on measurable business impact. • A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Background working for Private-Equity owned software companies is preferred.
