Content Operations Coordinator
Role: Content Operations Coordinator Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months with w/possible extension Rate: $30/Hr.W2 Responsibilities include Help maintain a content database of in-market assets, keeping it up-to-date with the latest operational and promotional activities Collect content performance insights for easy access, to drive content strategy and content refreshes/optimizations Provide software-based project management support for content creation and review using tools such as Asana, our current platform Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing timely updates and facilitating an effective feedback loop Always be thinking of ways we can improve our current processes and streamline or expand our operations to make the content creation and optimization engine hum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field 3-5 years’ experience with project management at a tech company, marketing agency, or related experience Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, using project management software such as Asana and spreadsheet programs such as Excel A sharply-honed eye for detail with a passion for organization and process efficiency Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and to adjust to shifts in timelines, deadlines, and project goals Self-starter and faster learner with strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a cross-functional, fast-paced team environment
