What You'll Be Doing Your primary responsibility will be to review user-generated content on social media, e-commerce, or community platforms and ensure it complies with established policies. You’ll flag violations, remove harmful content, and make judgment calls based on clear guidelines. You’ll use internal dashboards to process reports, assess content accuracy, and maintain a positive, inclusive digital space. You read, categorize, and act based on moderation rules—removing a post with hate speech, approving a flagged photo, escalating a harassment case. After a break, you continue monitoring live content submissions and complete your daily queue. You end the day having helped hundreds of users enjoy a safer, cleaner space—without ever taking a call or leaving your home.
