Bilingual Customer Service Representative (remote)
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Location : Remote (only people from Vermont) Pay rate: $15 - $16 Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retention, or healthcare-related roles, preferably in a health insurance or managed care setting. • The candidate must have his own computer or laptop • Windows10 or MacOS Catalina (10.15), MacOS BigSur (11), MacOS (up to 12.5) or newer. • Headsets (NOT supplied by the company) • USB plug and play wired headset with a microphone and noise suppression (Bluetooth headsets are NOT allowed) • Access to the internet via their internet service provider by purchasing or maintain a service that provides a minimum internet speed download requirement of 25 Mbps for a single user, download of 50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity, and 5 Mbps upload speed required; 10 Mbps preferred. • Chromebooks are not permitted Shift: Monday - Friday (project hours, 8 hour shifts), and some saturdays #MinOS Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Application Question(s): • Do you have your own laptop? • What languages do you speak?
