Associate Digital Product Manager
Job Description: • Working closely with stakeholders to understand the business and advance solutions as business priorities evolve • Supporting Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing in the development of digital strategies, features, capabilities, and content • Collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop and propose digital strategy in support of key business and product initiatives • Overseeing a backlog that aligns with available Engineering capacity and maps to an overall digital solutions roadmap • Leading Agile ceremonies and/or collaboration meetings, such as planning, refinement, demos, and retrospectives with technology teams • Coordinating within cross-functional teams to support product, program and outreach optimizations and the delivery of regulatory and contractual assets • Working closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are delivered to specification in a timely and cost-effective manner Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required • 3 years - Working in the field of digital product management, content management, web design and publishing, member/relationship database marketing campaigns • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability • Proficient in Microsoft Office M365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and SharePoint • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Flexible work hours • Paid time off • Professional development opportunities
