LOCATION: Virtual Center at 9th and CO DIVISION: Branch Sales & Service FUNCTION DESCRIPTION: Responsible for leading all aspects of member relationships delivered through the Virtual Centers (Loan Calls, Online Accounts, Remote Loans, Email/Chat, Phone/Video Appointments). Ensures compliance with operational procedures. Responsible for Call Evaluation scores, Call Compliance evaluations and observations. Supports branch sales and service goals by training, coaching and developing Virtual Member Service Advisor staff, as well as setting a good example by meeting own goals. Resolves escalated issues keeping Branch Manager informed. Assumes managerial duties in the absence of the Virtual Branch Manager ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to: Virtual Branch Manager Supervises: Indirectly: All Virtual Center positions; Directly: Virtual Branch Member Service Advisors Contacts: Credit union members, All Bellco levels and departments, including senior management and directors Credit union members, other credit union branches/departments, credit union officials, auditors, vendors, local community members and businesses and all internal staff. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or equivalent work experience. Experience: Prefer 4+ years teller / operations experience. Two years sales and customer service preferably in financial services. Three years supervisory/management experience Skills: Loan experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, sales, and relationship management skills Strong written, verbal and communication skills Ability to provide leadership and handle multiple priorities under time constraints Working knowledge of Microsoft Office desktop applications ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Provides a valuable and enjoyable experience to both internal customers and members during interactions. Consistently suggests ways to improve the member/customer experience through improved processes and technology. • Manage branch staff including hiring, performance management, conducting monthly one-on-ones, writing reviews and making salary recommendations. • Gains and maintains a strong knowledge of Bellco products and services and can accurately enter loan applications, account openings across multiple Bellco systems • Conducts daily huddles and monthly one-on-ones with branch staff. • Evaluates, develops, motivates and trains branch personnel, coaches staff in sales and service activities. Ensures branch staff has strong product and process knowledge. • Manage operations of the branch, including responsibility for Compliance and Call Evaluation scores. Ensure compliance with Operational Procedure Manuals. Produce weekly & monthly reports. • Maintains thorough knowledge of lending process, Security and Fraud procedures, and functions of all automated equipment. Serves as a wide source of knowledge on credit union operating procedures in order to provide necessary support to branch staff. • Assists in defining and developing strategy needed to set or meet organizational goals. • Manage overall branch financial results, staying within established budgets and ensuring operational efficiency. • Model and demonstrate active listening and strong communication skills. • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and Bellco-specific policies and procedures. • Ensure a thorough knowledge of Bellco loan policy and state/federal consumer lending regulations. • Regular and punctual in-person attendance. Management retains the discretion to add to or change the duties of the position at any time. WORKING CONDITIONS: Office environment. May necessitate movement to other branches or departments. Bellco requires all employees who drive their personal or a company vehicle in the routine performance of their jobs to have a valid Driver's License. They must also provide proof of valid insurance. Non-branch non-management roles may be eligible for on-the-spot bonuses for extraordinary performance.
