Appointment Setter – Remote (Part-Time, Mortgage Industry)
Job Summary We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Appointment Setter to help our mortgage team connect with real estate agents and schedule discovery calls. You’ll make outbound calls using Go High Level (GHL) as a dialer and keep the CRM updated with your results. If you’ve previously set appointments for roofing, solar, painting, gutters, or other home services, your experience will translate perfectly here. Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to real estate agents from our contact lists • Schedule qualified appointments for our loan officer • Record call outcomes and details in Go High Level • Maintain weekly appointment quotas and daily consistency • Collaborate with team lead on weekly check-ins Requirements • Minimum 1 year of appointment-setting or inside sales experience • Familiarity with CRM/dialer tools (Go High Level preferred) • Excellent communication and follow-up skills • Self-disciplined, organized, and results-driven • Experience with home-service or real-estate scheduling (preferred) • Reliable computer, headset, and internet connection for remote work Benefits • $20–$22 per hour • Flexible remote schedule (Monday–Thursday, 3 hours/day) • Work-from-home position — anywhere in the U.S. • Supportive, team-oriented environment • Long-term growth potential within a thriving mortgage organization Job Type: Part-time Projected Total Compensation: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour Expected hours: 12 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Work from home Experience: • Appointment scheduling: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote
