Key Responsibilities: * Accurately enter and update customer information, orders, and records in Apples internal systems. * Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. * Resolve basic account and service-related issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction. * Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and escalate complex issues to relevant teams. * Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information. * Collaborate with team members and management to streamline processes and improve efficiency. * Provide feedback to help enhance workflows, tools, and customer support protocols. Required Skills and Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. * Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or equivalent tools. * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience: * Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with CRM systems or remote support platforms is an advantage. Working Hours: * Full-time remote position with flexible hours. * Availability to work in shifts, including evenings or weekends if required.
