Title: Account Manager - Animal Nutrition Location: Remote (with close proximity to major airport) Key Responsibilities and Activities: The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of animal nutrition and animal feed accounts (both direct and indirect); responsible for driving sales growth and building, managing and maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction. This position will have responsibility for shaping regional sales strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading impactful initiatives to grow our products in both existing and new markets. • Managing both direct account sales and sales through distribution channel; relationship management, conducting business reviews, forecasting and tracking sales volume and prices, supply reliability, ensuring timely payments. • Primary interface for new opportunities and requests from direct consumers and from distributors for volume-price support (opportunity assessment, competitive intelligence, response to RFQs) • Resolving customer issues by acting as primary interface between the customer and internal resources (logistics, customer service, technical and finance) • Providing market intelligence to the business (industry trends, competitive behavior, new applications) • Other duties as assigned Skill, Capability and Educations Requirements: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university • External sales experience in the chemical or industrial mineral industries (5 yrs minimum) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite and experience in working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) • Travel as needed to achieve account objectives (
